Cancellation Policy

Service Areas & Scheduling Service Areas: Mobile grooming services are available in specific areas on designated days. Please check our schedule or contact us to confirm availability in your location. Booking: Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance via our website or by phone. Arrival Window: We operate within a 1-hour arrival window due to traffic, weather, and prior appointments. Please ensure someone is home to meet the groomer during this time. Pet Requirements Vaccinations: All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, etc.). Proof may be required before your first appointment. Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows aggressive behavior or poses a safety risk to our groomers. Health: Pets with open wounds, contagious illnesses, or severe matting may not be eligible for grooming. If unsure, consult us prior to booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of service cost. No-Show Policy: If we arrive at the scheduled time and no one is available, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a fee will apply. Rescheduling: We’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made in a timely manner. Grooming Environment Setup Requirements: Our mobile grooming van requires a safe parking spot near your home and access to your pet. Please ensure there is enough space for the van and no obstructions. Clean-Up: We strive to leave your property clean, but please notify us of any specific concerns beforehand. Payment & Refunds Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. Refunds: Due to the nature of grooming services, refunds are not offered. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue. Severe Weather or Emergencies In case of severe weather, equipment issues, or emergencies, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and prioritize rebooking.
